Thermal Grease as a heat transfer medium, not only has the excellent thermal conductivity, good lubricity, but also has good endurance of high and low temperature. It has low viscosity and good application performance. It is based on polysiloxane and supplemented with high thermal conductivity filler materials. It is tasteless, non-toxic, non-corrosive, satisfied with environmental protection requirements, which have a stable chemical and physical performance.
